Our turn around time is approx 7-10 days excluding pre orders and custom items as these may require parts to be purchased in. Rush option is available to purchase but please message the page first if your unsure as pre orders may not qualify for rush option and this is only for your order not postage. All items are either in stock or handmade to order and sometimes things may oversell or be out of stock so may be refunded when packing ❤ We apologise for any inconvenience but if you prefer not to be refunded and wish to have an item substituted if out of stock please let us know upon ordering or in the comments at checkout.
